    I wanted to leave a follow-up review. I ordered some food which was not to a good standard. I contacted the restaurant who were helpful and guided me to just eat. On receiving my feedback they took positive action. Unfortunately just eat weren't helpful so on contacting the restaurant again they were more than helpful, staff were a credit to the restaurant and wanted to resolve my issues. I spoke directly with the owner who was absolutely lovely and was so helpful. The level of customer service from everyone was top notch and I would happily recommend eating there. A business that wants to give good service, good food and who are willing to help if anything goes wrong. I truly appreciate all that has done.

    After attempts its time to stop any local affinity.Battered sausage unbattered the sausage is bread filler a d questionable meat% solid gunk!Mushypeas that are sweet gastly dry worryingly if unsafe.Pukka chicken mushroom pie never a pukka pie, rock hard pastry no filling ugh.Chips yes ok but when you request v small u r given a huge portion. Lots of thin edge slicesDef dont reommend that dish.

    Not again been a regular customer but never again!! Got a order tonight and chicken and onion rings was fine.. the pizza was a absolute mess when it arrived like it been dropped.. called restaurant and they laughed about it before offering to replace it.. no customer service skills.. sent out a replacement and I had to tell deliver driver to leave my property his attitude was disgusting looked at the mangled pizza and threw it on the grass before getting new one out his bag at that point I said leave NOW! really not happy with the customer service with this place a shame really has only chip shop in meden vale and you think they would give / to ensure customer keep coming back.

    Bought two meals, pizza was spot on, but the other meal was awful, chips sausage and cheese the chip's were not good and the sausage was like chewing a tyre, very cheap sausages no taste at all threw them in the bin. Improvements required.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Looked like the premises were very accessible for wheelchairs.
